The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours and are send to one of our suppliers for dispatch within 2 - 4 days after the order is placed. Your tracking code will be send to you via email.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse your destination. United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, German, Canada and Spain, orders are shipped by e-packet. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 13 - 20 days to arrive at your destination but may take longer from time to time due factors outside of our control. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes about 15 - 30 business days.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Products labelled 'Free - only pay shipping' are not eligible for free shipping. There is a shipping fee of $9.97 flat fee that covers shipping costs.
