Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We have suppliers all over the world and we will process your order with the supplier closest to your location so as to reduce shipping times. We provide free worldwide shipping. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours and are send to one of our suppliers for dispatch within 2 - 4 days after the order is placed. Your tracking code will be send to you via email.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse your destination. United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, German, Canada and Spain, orders are shipped by e-packet. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 13 - 20 days to arrive at your destination but may take longer from time to time due factors outside of our control. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes about 15 - 30 business days.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you require agent delivery, please send an email to love4bubs@hotmail.com, and we will able to arrange fast shipping at an extra cost. Products labelled 'Free - only pay shipping' are not eligible for free shipping. There is a shipping fee of $9.97 flat fee that covers shipping costs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item, you have the option to request a new product delivered to you for no extra charge and keep the incorrect or defective item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply send an email to love4bubs@hotmail.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note for free products are not eligible for refund/return as you only cover the shipping costs.
